Ventrilo codec problem

Ventrilo Codec problem. Ok, I was able to talk on venta while back go on a trip and now it won't allow me to talk, I use the test and it works great on Dsp Group TrueSpeech, only thats just a test, anyway to make it permanet, and i don't think its the newest version of vent i think its 2.
