Xbox no sound update

Did the latest update and no audio at all. It is unclear what the exact cause of this issue is but it is safe to assume that the latest update might be the culprit here. However, nothing is clear until Roblox Corporation sheds some light on the matter. Roblox support has not even acknowledged the audio no sound issue on the Xbox consoles but this might be due to the fact that reports regarding this issue started surfacing pretty recently.

Another thing to note is that this issue appears to be affecting only Xbox users which further indicates that other platforms might not be affected because of it. Roblox please fix the audio issues on the xbox one. No sound is working at all, the background sound and in game sounds are not working. However, all this is still based on speculation as Roblox Corporation is yet to make matters official.

A few minutes later it got the update, so I hopped right back on xbox. But, I have no sound now. None of my audio settings were changed, I even went through all of xbox's troubleshooting to make sure. And I did the 5 second power off thing too, didn't work. And no, my tv is not muted. I never even touched my tv when I turned my xbox off, so it has nothing to do with the tv considering it worked perfectly fine before.

Any help besides the troubleshooting already listed, or anyone else experiencing this? I played a game with no sound, then went on to metflix and remembered I have no sound..

I went through a lot of possible solutions with a very nice, able and willing community ambassador but none of the solutions worked. Something in the update must have messed up my tv; I unplugged the tv, waited a bit, plugged it back in and the sound worked.

Well xbox called me back due to this is 3rd brand new xbox one x 2 days old. He told me to go to settings and setup tp not turn off and played game with sound, maybe 11 minutes, then told to do restart and did started game again no sound.
